Invoice by Email

 

The Invoice by Email add in allows membership and export documentation invoices to be output in bulk as PDFs and then attached automatically to personalised emails for named recipients.

The email content is taken from  templates which can be totally changed by the user to suit their organisations needs. An option of including a business report – of the recipient’s full service history  – is available.

For a chamber of say 1000 members, the cost of sending out new and renewal membership invoices each year, just in terms of postage and stationery, would be in the region of £500. This cost as well as printing and manual collation of the post would be eliminated by using Invoice by email.
