Similar in nature to the Chambertrack Events application, the training module is another effective means by which additional revenues can be raised from existing members and non-members alike. Again, the management of the processes involved in organising and delivering a training course are
extremely critical if success is to be assured.
The ChamberTrack Training module does everything you might expect in this respect. As enquiries are taken, your staff have screen access to all information relevant to the course. Enquiries via the web front-end are displayed as pending bookings for you to accept or reject before confirmation is sent to the enquirer. When a booking is taken you are able to produce joining instructions, lists and badges.
At one and the same time entries are made to the appropriate delegate list.
This is viewable on line by management and other employees on a real time basis. The relevant fee information is passed through to the accounting suite where invoices are raised as reqired. The Training module is a highly effective application that can be accessed by all staff or limited to specific staff.
