Corsair Gateway enables enquiries to be handled through one point of contact. Simpler enquiries are dealt with immediately with more complicated enquiries passed to the most appropriate person to handle the enquiry. The system will identify one or more persons who are able to answer the particular enquiry and will allow the user to select the person or organisation to which to route the enquiry. This may be a person in your own organisation but may be in a partner organisation.

 

 

The system allows the enquiry to be transferred electronically (and popup on the recipients screen) or for the request to be forwarded to the appropriate person by transferring the call or by sending an email, fax or memo to the appropriate person.  You may if the enquirer wishes give them the contact details of the appropriate person.

 

 

The enquiry is logged against the Service History of the enquiring company.

 

 

The system is also able to handle requests for information documents. These can be ordered by the system, a pick list for each enquirer is produced to enable all documents requested by an organisation to be forwarded together.
